At “MDN,” we strive to provide a smooth and convenient shopping experience for our customers. We understand that circumstances may change, which is why we offer the following cancellation policy:

1. Order Cancellation

   • Customers may cancel their orders within 24 hours of order confirmation.
   • If the order has been shipped or the 3D model production has started, cancellation may not be possible.

2. Custom Orders

   • For custom orders, cancellation is not allowed after confirmation and commencement of work due to the personalized nature of the products.

3. Cancellation Process

   • Customers must submit a cancellation request to our customer service team via email or through the contact form on the website.
   • After reviewing the request, we will confirm the cancellation and inform the customer of the next steps.

4. Refunds

   • If the cancellation is approved under our terms, the payment will be refunded within 7 to 10 business days using the same payment method.
